Intro to Yoga is a 3-hour workshop for complete beginners or those who have taken only a few classes. This workshop focuses on learning Yoga philosophy, the basic poses, body alignment and breathing techniques that can help you increase strength, balance and flexibility as well as reduce tension and stress. Upon completion you will be prepared to enter beginning or all-levels Yoga classes with confidence. Wear clothing that is easy to move in, and be prepared to be barefoot. No need to bring anything but your enthusiasm!
