Meditation is about paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally. Regular practice can help enhance peaceful relationships with ourselves, others, and all we encounter in life. We will cultivate this quality of presence through simple guided sitting, moving & reclining postures, sound meditation, and silent practice together. Tea and light refreshments served. All are welcome!
