Young at Heart

Mondays 9:00-10:00 a.m. with Andrea

This class is for people who think their body is too big, too small, too inflexible, or too old for Yoga. With the help of props, anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. This class will include stretches to build flexibility, strengthening poses to increase stability and muscle tone, balancing poses for more mobility, and opportunities to reconnect mind & body through breath work and meditation. You’ll soon discover that your body isn’t “too” anything for Yoga!

** Please note, with the exception of occasional events designed specifically for younger ones, we only allow children ages 12 and older to join us for regular classes. We thank you for your understanding. **
