Mindful yoga 

Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 a.m. with Sunita

This class incorporates slow movement and stretching with deliberate and unhurried poses, breathing and meditation. Perfect for tired or sore muscles, ideal for beginners, seniors or those seeking a slow and mindful practice to balance out the body, mind and spirit.


Feeling stressed after a long day at work?  Yoga can help!

In this class you will learn how to quiet your mind and calm your body. Through a variety of yoga poses, combine breath with movement to release stress, increase flexibility and improve balance. Finally allow yourself to sink into a state of deep relaxation and leave the class feeling peaceful and refreshed!

Friday is a special day of the week–like the pause between the inhale and the exhale, Friday represents both end of the work week and the beginning of the weekend. What better way to reflect on the week that has passed and set an intention for the weekend to come than to begin your Friday morning with a gentle yoga practice? Come join us for slow and gentle warming and stretching of the body as we work to achieve symmetry and balance in our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. This class is suitable for all levels.


Sunday Morning Stretch

Sundays 9:00-10:00 a.m. with Yvonne

Wake up and stretch with a morning Yoga session to re-energize your body and mind and prepare for the week to come. This is an all-levels class.


Yin yoga offers long slow holds and an opportunity to dive deeper into the true essence of yoga. We focus on postures that allow prana to sink deeply into the connective tissue of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

The place to start or return to, Yoga Basics incorporates basic postures and breathing techniques to gently improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength. This slower-paced class emphasizes proper alignment and body awareness with the use of Yoga props to design a Yoga practice that is just right for you.

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m. with Robin


A slower paced vinyasa class (yoga flow) is a perfect way to end your Tuesday. This thoughtful, unhurried flow will bring steadiness and ease to body and mind through breath-centered mindful movement. Asana’s will be explored in a step-by-step way and will be held longer with breath and stillness to allow you to choose the depth of stretch that is right for you. Props and modifications will be used. Open to all levels.

Young at Heart

Mondays 9:00-10:00 a.m. with Andrea

This class is for people who think their body is too big, too small, too inflexible, or too old for Yoga. With the help of props, anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. This class will include stretches to build flexibility, strengthening poses to increase stability and muscle tone, balancing poses for more mobility, and opportunities to reconnect mind & body through breath work and meditation. You’ll soon discover that your body isn’t “too” anything for Yoga!
