Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 p.m. with Joan
Yoga has the power to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. It likewise quiets the mind and helps create a deeper state of relaxation. Through a variety of basic Yoga poses, you will learn how to coordinate breath with movement, strengthen the body, and release stress. It is a great way to end a busy day and renew mind, body and spirit. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those with prior yoga experience.
Fridays 6:30-7:30 p.m. with Kristin
This class will focus on building strength, stamina, and flexibility by linking continuous breath with an energizing flow. Prepare to sweat and cleanse. All levels welcome, with more advanced postures offered to those looking to further their practice.
Soft & Gentle
Fridays 8:30-9:30 a.m. with Andrea
Friday is a special day of the week–like the pause between the inhale and the exhale, Friday represents both end of the work week and the beginning of the weekend. What better way to reflect on the week that has passed and set an intention for the weekend to come than to begin your Friday morning with a gentle yoga practice? Come join us for slow and gentle warming and stretching of the body as we work to achieve symmetry and balance in our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. This class is suitable for all levels.
Strengthen & Stretch
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m. with Christine; or Thursdays 6:30-7:30 p.m. with Deb
Flow through Sun Salutations and spend more time in traditional poses to stretch your body out and build strength in this class. Start where you are and work your way into more advanced posses as we build strength and flexibility from week to week. With plenty of modifications and props, this class is accessible to all levels.
Stretch & de-Stress
Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 a.m. with Susan
The daily habits and routines of modern life seldom encourage a full range of motion for the body. We often become “stuck,” with tightened muscles, poor posture and constricted breathing. Further complicating these physical malpractices can be a stressed and preoccupied mind, creating a cycle of physical and emotional disturbance that can exist below our level of conscious awareness. “Stretch and de-Stress” will gently take the body through movements designed to loosen muscles, lubricate joints and bring a greater awareness to our daily practices to allow for a more fluid, relaxed body. Smooth and regular breathing during the yoga practice calms and settles the mind, allowing the student to experience a sense of release and relief. The benefits of this class will be felt beyond the hour well spent at the studio. No experience necessary, this class is suitable for all levels.
Stretch, Flex & Chill
Mondays 5:00-6:00 p.m. with Robin
A wonderful way to end your busy day and leave the stress behind. This class incorporates a blend of centering, postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation while promoting self-awareness. Gently improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength, release stress and tone while finding an inner place of peace. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those with yoga experience.
Sunday Morning Stretch
Sundays 9:00-10:00 a.m. with Yvonne
Wake up and stretch with a morning Yoga session to re-energize your body and mind and prepare for the week to come. This is an all-levels class.
The place to start or return to, Yoga Basics incorporates basic postures and breathing techniques to gently improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength. This slower-paced class emphasizes proper alignment and body awareness with the use of Yoga props to design a Yoga practice that is just right for you.

Young at Heart

This class is for people who think their body is too big, too small, too inflexible, or too old for Yoga. With the help of props, anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. This class will include stretches to build flexibility, strengthening poses to increase stability and muscle tone, balancing poses for more mobility, and opportunities to reconnect mind & body through breath work and meditation. You’ll soon discover that your body isn’t “too” anything for Yoga!
