Perfect for ALL PRACTITIONERS, beginners to the more advanced.

Mobility Fitness

This 30 minute fitness class aims to create more mobility in joints and body movements. Warm up with standing body flows. Build some heat  with creative movements. Increase joint mobility, strength and body to mind connections. Our body needs to move in new ways to stay limber and continue to connect the body and mind. 

Strength and Stretch

Strength and Stretch

 A combination of yoga poses and fitness elements to create a class aimed to strengthen the body while creating more flexibility. A beautiful blend of yoga and fitness. Great for those looking to increase strength and build a bit of heat.
