This class begins with a vinyasa flow. A quick paced series of postures matched with breath building heat and strength. Flowing into a deep release for the connective tissues with several long held yin poses towards the end. Perfect for those looking for a faster paced more powerful practice.
INTERMEDIATE CLASS
Meditation made easy. Release stress while allowing the mind and body to rest deeply. Begins with gentle movements to prepare the body for stillness. You will be taken through a series of breath and body awareness techniques to bring you into a state of wakeful sleep. Entering theta and delta brainwaves where the body heals and the mind rests. For EVERY BODY.
A series of 26 Hatha poses and two breathing exercises in a 90-minute class. All 26 postures are repeated in the same order every class and are designed to improve general mobility by building strength and flexibility as well as improving balance. This class is suitable for both beginners and more advanced yogis. The room is heated please remember to hydrate prior. Bring yoga mat and towel, and a bottle of water, and optional change of clothes
